Several accommodations at one property
Choose this when guests can reserve a villa, studio, apartment, or room separately at the same location.You will create one property and a bookable accommodation for each choice.
A main stay with optional accommodation
Choose this when guests book the main accommodation and can add a guest house, studio, or extra room.You will create both accommodations, then offer the optional one as an add-on.
Several properties
Choose this when your business manages accommodations at different destinations or listings.You will keep them in one organization and create a property for each destination.
Several identical rooms or pitches
Choose this when you sell one accommodation type with several interchangeable rooms, beds, or pitches.You will create one bookable accommodation with several available instances.
Villa and studio example
If you have one property with a main villa and a studio, answer these questions:- Can a guest reserve the villa without the studio?
- Can a guest reserve the studio without the villa?
- Can a guest reserve both together?
The last option needs more planning because separate and combined reservations must not sell the same accommodation twice.
